Returns must be made within 14 days of your order delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is no cost to return items in-store at 49-16 11th street, Long Island City, NY 11101.

To exchange an item, you must first process a return for the original item and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Pre-orders and limited edition items are all final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders are typically shipped in 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse in New York.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.
You can use the tracking link to check your package’s current status and delivery progress.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, or lost, damaged or stolen items.
No, currently we only ship to addresses in the United States.
