SWAY Muay Thai gloves are made of either genuine leather or premium microfiber. See below for the differences between the two materials.

Genuine leather

• Natural material, made from cow hide
• Molds to the shape of your hand over time with use
• Longlasting with appropriate care
• Closest to a "real feel" impact 
• Requires routine cleaning and conditioning to prevent cracking and odor

Premium Microfiber

• Synthetic performance material designed to emulate leather
• SWAY's premium microfiber is longer lasting than standard microfiber
• Easier to clean, relatively less prone to moisture and odor
• Strong padding for highly protective impact

Initially snug - Our high-grade leather requires a short break-in period to mold to your unique hand shape, ensuring a custom, lasting fit.

Wipe down - use a damp cloth to wipe down your gear.

Air out - remove your gear from your bag as soon as possible and let it air dry to prevent build-up of mold and bacteria.

Avoid direct sunlight - intense heat can impact the durability of your gear and cause material to become dry and brittle.

Do NOT machine wash your gear as this will damage its material and structural integrity.
